Gas measurement in containers

To prevent cargo from pesticides, containers are more often gassed with toxic gasses. These gasses should be dissapeaered when the container arrives at the destination.

On the outside of the container we cannot tell if the gasses have allready left the container. That is why the container should be measured on toxic gasses. Otherwise dangerous sitatuions can occur when the container is opened.

The Dutch Ministry of Health is setting up guidelines for the handling of the gassed containers.
