Here you can find a short description of the history of Kamps Transport B.V.

Kamps Transport B.V. was founded in 1957 by Henny Kamps. Henny and his wife Lida are still actively involved in the daily operations of the family owned company. These days the company is managed by their son Bob and daughter Alda.

Over the years Kamps Transport B.V. has transported almost everything. We transport almost everything, except liquids. In the beginning we transported paper, sand etc. In 1964 we began transporting forklifts, which was an important development for our company. These days forklift transport is one of the pilars of our company.

In 1951 Kamps Transport B.V. moved from the Delftsestraatweg to the Katwijkerlaan. In the '90, the company expanded quickly. In the beginning of the 21th century, the company started focusing on the scope of their services.

In 2001 the locaction at the Katwijkerlaan became to small. On March 29, 2002, Kamps Transport B.V. moved to the current location at the Boezemweg in Pijnacker.

In 2005, the warehousing capacity was expanded by a second warehouse with 2300 m2 of storage space. In 2009 a third warehouse waas added to the storage capacities of Kamps Transport B.V.
